A VERY EXCELLENT food selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had the buffet on all occasions. Food quality was excellent and there was variety. Kitchen personnel came out regularly not only to freshen up the selection but to check food temps with infrared measuring devices, which impressed. The room is quiet, water pressure is phenomenal and the hot water is hot. Staff is delightful, friendly, professional but not stuffy. Joseanne at the front desk speaks excellent English, although she will deny it, all the while speaking in English. Restaurant staff excellent. Housekeeping also, going out of their way to make sure my stay was optimal.

We only stayed there after arriving late at night and before being picked up for a tour to the Amazon. the location was perfect for that. the staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. they gave us blankets because the room is rather cold and we could store our luggage there for three days. the shower was the best we had in Brasil. the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. wifi worked well. breakfast was pretty decent. i would stay there again when being in Manaus.

Comparing with all Ibis I have been already, this was the best one! Super comfortable, nice, modern and super clean rooms and common areas! The breakfast was very good! The staff was super helpful and gave nice suggestion on where to go for dinner nad other local tips!
